Order Confirmation
When the customer is satisfied with the plan, send the quotation, check the freight, determine the trade terms, and prepare the pro forma invoice.
Once the two parties confirm the pro forma invoice and receive the agreed payment in the bank account designated by us, our’s internal order system will immediately start to execute the order.
Order Delivery
After receiving the order in the system, the factory will arrange stocking according to the content of the order.
1. Quality inspection According to the order, make the final factory inspection for the machine, after 24 processes of inspection.
2. After the test is confirmed to be correct, all necessary labels will be attached to the machine, and the signature will confirm that the machine has completed the test and can be shipped.
3. After receiving the quality inspection and confirming that the machine can be shipped, it will take photos one by one and arrange for sealing.
4. After receiving the delivery notice, the warehouse will arrange delivery to the location designated by the customer, and the order is completed.
